Fake Tans & Demonic Beatdowns / re|ACTS Week 26 Message recap

The Big Idea: Fakers can't be shakers.

Here are some social media highlights from this week's message. Simply copy and paste them into your Twitter and/or Facebook feed.

Fakers can't be shakers. We'll never change the world pretending to be what we're not.

When it comes to spiritual things, there are 2 extremes: people who never see demons and people who always see demons. Both are wrong.

We need to live so close to Jesus that everything that touches us is changed.

Fakers have formulas but no faith.

Fakers have activity for Jesus without intimacy with Jesus.

The church lacks the power of godliness when the church plays with ungodliness.

People who toy with unseen power do so at their own peril.

We can't play around with what we're called to put down.

As believers, we must put down the things in our lives that are inconsistent with following Jesus.

The more we value Jesus, the less we worry about the cost of following him.

Saying we value Jesus as we give a dollar when we could have given ten is inconsistent with a redeemed heart.

If we know Jesus, the unseen world will know us, and when it knows us, we’ll be glad we know Jesus.

The key to revival is revering the Reviver.

If Jesus is the cornerstone and foundation of our faith, then the Bible is the mortar holding every brick together.
