DEAD ENDS AND FUNNELS / re|ACTS Week 21 Message recap
Here are some social media highlights from this week's message. Simply copy and paste them into your Twitter and/or Facebook feed.
Dead ends can be frustrating, confusing, and time-consuming, but when they're given to God, they can still lead us somewhere.
God can use dead ends to funnel us right where he needs us to be.
Sometimes God can lead us more by closed doors than open ones. Instead of rebuking them, rethink them.
Closed doors require us to trust God. Instead of pacing the night away in worry, trust allows us to sleep the night away in peace.
God can use the closed doors in our lives to stretch and transform us. Sometimes our dreams are good, they're just too small.
Don't settle for cities when God wants countries. Don't settle for countries when God wants continents. Let God give you BIGGER DREAMS.
Lessons learned in hard times become the stories we tell over and over again. Surviving breeds hope.
Living in hard times makes us want to leave them as fast as we can. Learning in hard times makes us want to remember them as long as we can.
The more we see God in hard places, the more we value what God teaches us in hard places.
A dead end doesn't have to be the end. There is a purpose to your place. God led you where you are to lead you where you aren't.
Don't waste time wondering why you are where you are. Spend time learning what you can where you are.
Sometimes God leads us to the "yes" by taking us through the "no."
